We are a family company with more than 74 years and three generations presenting surveying services throughout the country and abroad.
The latest generation equipment and a highly specialized human team accustomed to dealing with ambitious projects accompany our commitment to each job and to each client.
The beginnings of the study go back to the year 1940, when Emilio Boix Larriera began his activity as a surveyor. Continued by his son the engineer surveyor Mario Boix Puig, who named the studio, is currently run by his sons, survey engineers Rafael and Daniel Boix Rodríguez.
The studio has a selection of excellent professionals and technicians of absolute confidence, specialists in a variety of complementary areas, which allows you to offer comprehensive surveying solutions for projects throughout the country and abroad.
Both the years of activity and the size of the projects in which we participate, endorse the experience and knowledge achieved, and make us a benchmark and excellent business partner.
We provide support and advice on developments, shopping centers, condo-hotels, buildings and civil works, as well as services to the rural sector for agricultural applications, among others.
We have a complete equipment of last generation that allows us to cover quickly and accurately the different areas of the profession. This technological update of the company is accompanied by a continuous specialization of its technicians, which reflects an optimum level of quality in the projects that are carried out.
Our status as specialists allows us to generate improvements in the projects with the technical resolution of specific problems, as well as with contributions aimed at achieving the excellence of the process and the final product.
In the topography for civil works, the service is mainly based on the inventorying for the elaboration of the project, the setting out or marking of references for the construction, the control of what has been done and the calculations for the certification.
The studio has enough staff and equipment to train multiple teams, which allows us to provide topography services according to the needs of the client.
Although the methods and resources used vary according to the type of project, what remains constant are our premises: quality and speed of topographic work. This directly affects the execution times and costs of the work.
The studio has vast experience in feasibility, design and approval of residential developments, both in the traditional open format and in the closed Club de Campo style.
Country Club
In these developments we assist the client in the stages of preliminary and feasibility, executive project, execution of the work, end of work before the Intendance and registration of the Fractionation Plan. Our long history of developing projects of this kind allows us to generate advice and designs that exceed customer expectations.
